How will improving my diet improve my health?

When I start a fitness routine and improve my diet, what health advantages will I see? How will I become healthier when eat better?

When you combine a fitness routine with improving your eating habits with healthy, nutritious food, the advantages you see are a more trim and fit body. If you are overweight, you will begin to shed those extra pounds and if you do not have excess pounds to shed you will most likely still lose some weight, but not as much. However, you will see your body in better shape and any flabby areas will begin to tone up.

More importantly, on the inside you will be benefiting your body in ways that directly affect the quality of your life and also your own life expectancy as good nutrition and fitness can prevent diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attacks and stroke and even help in preventing cancer. These qualities can also be seen on the outward you as the healthier you are on the inside can be shone in your hair, skin, nails and teeth.

Must eat breakfast: an egg (duck available, instead of goose) (no more than one egg per day) + pasta + a small amount of milk (recommended soy milk) or milk. Can eat bun.
2 a small amount of food generally eat lunch + some small amount of light a small amount of vegetable + meat (shrimp or fish or chicken) or only eat fruit just fine.
3 noon dinner with almost all the same: a small amount of food or polenta + some light vegetables (eat fruit after a meal)
