How will brown/black belts be chosen with the new page management structure? Will brown/black belts need to be (or have been) Guides?
I'm coming up on my 8,000 points! :) I will be content with a brown tip if a full brown belt is denied me, but I thought I would ask for the other brown-tipped users out there who may not be so happy.
