How was MacRumors hacked during yesterday's MacWorld keynote? Details please?

The MacrumorsLive web site was live blogging the MacWorld keynote and was hacked. How was it hacked into?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

People basically sniffed the URL and found a non password protected page that let them add the posts to the live feed page.

See the comments here for screenshots of the page: http://www.techcrunch.com/2009/01/06/when-livestreams-go-wrong/

I would guess through some nasty IRC hacking and cracking, but that's just my professional opinion.

Not sure, probably via IRC since thats where the updates actually come from if I recall correctly. I was watching macrumors and saw a line go by in all caps stating that Steve Jobs was dead, and shortly after that the site went down.
