Okay, this actually shouldn't be so hard. First you need blue leopard print vest and spandex pants. Something like this should do nicely for the pants.

Now the trick is finding material that's similar enough for the vest.

Personally, I'd just run to the nearest fabric store, buy whatever blue or purple leopard print fabric they have and stitch together some simple leggings and a vest (there's plenty of time still!).

Once you've got those pieces handled, get your hands on a plain red t-shirt and a denim jacket (roll up the sleeves, pop the collar), some red high heel shoes. Boom, outfit is done.

Now for the hair, if you don't have hair that can be teased into those big curls, then considerthis wig

Voila! You're ready to thrill.
