My favourite recipe is my special quick tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
Canned chopped tomatoes (like the ones that go in the Neapolitan sauce)
Finely choped onions (I use quarter of a medium sized onion)
Basil (teaspoon)
Oregano (teaspoon)
Olive oil (tablespoon)
Finely chopped fresh red pepper (paprika)
Salt (teaspoon)
Pepper (half teaspoon)
Empty the tin of chopped tomatos in a bowl (suitable for microwaves), add the ingedients, stirr and put in a microwave (on high) for 2 minutes.
Sauce works great with grilled fish and meat, can also be used for potato fries or to make nachos. To make nachos, put the sauce on tortilla chips, some grated cheese on top and back in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Oh, I'm hungry now :)

Popcorn which is made by pan is not nearly as delicious and evenly cooked as microwave popcorn.
Stew is another good thing to cook with microwave because you can leave it for long period of time without afraid of fire like if you use stove.

Popcorn. ;-). Popcorn which is made by pan is not nearly as delicious and evenly cooked as microwave popcorn.
