You need to provide more details about what you're trying to accomplish.
If you want to simply put in data about 4 quadrants (e.g. ++, +-, -+, --) and get the fraction of each, why not just have four cells for the data input(call these A1, A2, B1, B2) , then another cell for their sum (call this A3), then four more cells for the fraction of each quadrant (call these A4, A5, B4, B5) by calculating the ratios:
A4 = A1/A3
A5 = A2/A3
B4 = B1/A3
B5 = B2/A3
If you want, you can also put in line and column sums around the first 4 cells (moving the other cells further down as needed), and then put in the same set of sum cells around the 4 ratio cells to get the ratio sums.

Trying to create four quadrant Perceptual/Gap map in Excel (OS X), yet find it nearly impossible. Can someone give me the basic frame?
I am finding it hard to create a four quadrant perceptual map/gap map in Excel for a concept test and analysis I am doing. I just need the basic framework and I can input the data myself.
