1. There are 1809 pages that have earned M$10 or more since going live.
2. There are 145 pages that have earned over M$100 since going live.
3. There are 148 pages that have earned an average of at least M$1/day.
4. There are another 225 that have earned an average of M$0.50/day - M$0.99/day.
5. The highest payout per hit for pages with at least 10 hits reported is Eliminating stress at $1.14/hit.
6. The highest earning per day page Universal Studios Coupons has been up for one day and has earned M$61.72.
7. Of the top 10 pages in M$/day, 4 are coupon pages, 4 are how-to, and 2 are game-related. The ratios are similar for the next ten pages.
8. Of the top 20 pages in M$/day, 6 have been up 10 days or less. Excluding those, the estimated annual payout for the remaining 14 pages is between M$1500 and M$6000.
9. Of the 14 pages up over 10 days among the top 20 pages in M$/day, 5 pages are managed by Camilla, 2 by ninakat, with the remaining 7 managed by 7 different members.

you'll get a pretty good idea.
I've added up the top-200 page builders (all who have built five pages or more), and that came to 6768 pages built and currently managed.
I'm not sure how up-to-date this list is, as I can't find myself on it, and I manage 170+ pages, but it presents some idea of the total number of managed pages.
I think in reality, well over 10,000 pages are managed by users.

It would be nice if there was a way to see a list of all Mahalo pages, and then be able to sort them by category, claimed and unclaimed, etc.

I've always wondered the same thing. I'd actually like to be able to see a list of the unclaimed pages. If we could see the unclaimed pages, there would probably be a lot less of them, and that way they could be built out properly. It would be nice if there was a way to see a list of all Mahalo pages, and then be able to sort them by category, claimed and unclaimed, etc.
