How do I obtain old ck stubbs from a business that went out of business in 2007? His # is unlisted & I need to prove that I was there in 07!

The employer was cff inc. Classics forever furniture. He reported to the IRS that I worked there in the 1st quarter of 2007 when I worked there in the 4th quarter of 2007! His name is David Palovich, Ft Myers Fl. Please help I need to prove to unemployment that i worked there in the 4th quarter of 07 in the next 20 days or I lose all my compensation that I desperately need and I don't have copies of my check stubbs!

If you have bank statements dating to 2007, copies of the offsets (items) in your deposits can be provided for a research fee. If you don't have bank statements, you'll have to order those from that period, also for a fee. If you have online banking, you may be able to pull up images on-line.

If none of those solutions is practical, then, if the employer used a payroll company, you may be able to call to obtain copies of check stubs.

Respectfully,
Shin
