First off, I'd like to welcome you to Mahalo. Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. I assume that you are asking how to contact Justin Bieber. Is that right?

If you would like to say something to Justin Bieber, I would recommend that you contact him via one of his social networking profiles. Unfortunately, I don't think Justin hangs out at Mahalo yet!
