Can't be done. You would have to get the 360 to report it had different hardware to the server, telling it you're on a PS3. Further, your online player tag is registered to the XBOX Live service, so you would have to fool them, as well.

In short, even if it can TECHNICALLY be done, it would be at such great cost of time and effort that it would be more feasible purchase a PS3 and another copy of COD5.
