about How to Write a Television Script
How to write TV musical show (about rock bands battle for example) I mean Script, scenario? how much shoul it be, how many pages and so on?

I don't have a straight answer for you. However, I do have some good advice: go to your local library and look for a book called The Hollywood Standard: The Complete and Authoritative Guide to Script Format and Style. It's a very useful tool for writing any kind of screenplay.
