How to write a research paper on IT and Biological Research projects?

Actually i am doing a reserch project my topic is dynamic web development for Blood Disorders.I have almost completed it i just want to proceed further by writing a research paper. For this i want to get idea about how to write a paper as i have developed a dynamic web(+ database)i have searched the material and write it in the form of mini thesis now i want to write a paper.help me out plz.
