How to watch youtube videos on Sony PSP?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

The only way to do that is if you hack it. You will probably need a pandora's battery from ebay. The app is called psp tube an easier way without having to downgrade is explained on this youtube video.

I think there's no need to hack your psp! My uncle used to watch youtube videos on his psp (and it was not a hacked)
All you have to do is to follow this tutorial:

I all through use this method below to watch YouTube video on my psp 2000:

Step1. Download youtube video to my local computer;
Here i will share you three free method to do this:

# Method1: .
"YouTube grabber 4.1": Downloads FLV files from YouTube. Simply copy and paste the URL of a video from YouTube into the program, and press Download.
Download URL:
http://download.cnet.com/Youtube-Grabber

# Method 2
"KeepV": This is a free and powerful software that download and convert Flash/FLV files (YouTube videos) faster and better than most transcoder.
URL: http://keepv.com

# Method 3
"Wondershare Free YouTube downloader": is totally a free program for downloading YouTube video clips to enjoy them off the Internet.
Download URL:

Step2. Convert the YouTube video to PSP format MP4, MPEG-4, H.264/AVC.

Apparently, PSP cant play the YouTube video(.FLV), so i usually use Daniusoft video converter to convert FLV to psp format MP4, MPEG-4, H.264/AVC. you can free download it >>>

Step3. Oke, add the converted files to PSP and you will view the youtube video normally.

I think you need to use a converter to convert youtube video to a format that PSP supports. If you don't have such a converter, you can use uSeesoft FLV Converter. I would say don't be misled by its name. It can not only convert FLV but also convert YouTube to PSP,iPod, iPhone.

Here is a step by step guide for using it:http://www.wikihow.com/Use-Useesoft-FLV-Converter?sa=lxm
