How to use social media like Facebook and Twitter to improve local wellness business?
I'm already using Twitter and Facebook a lot for my business but somehow I didn't manage to have great success with it.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I think you are referring to GeGeO (Energy Clinic) rather than Erejuvenation (doesn’t have a twitter/facebook account).
I don’t understand German but I manage to translate it using Google Translate.
GeGeO website:
http://gegeo.de/massage/index.html
http://twitter.com/JohnyQi/health
The health list follower: 2
Your personal account has 287 followers.
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Hamburg/GeGeO-Hamburg/59455517122?ref=ts
GeGeo fans: 29
To attract locals:
1. Visibility: I would put your twitter, facebook “button” to more prominent place.
2. A separate Twitter account for your company;
I think it is better to use another account instead of your personal account.
3. Getting peoples to join your FB, Twitter is the 1st step.
One-time unique discount coupon or discount code through FB mail, Twitter DM, for peoples who join your FB group, Twitter. Businesses give discounts anyway. This is another venue to distribute discount coupon.
It has additional marketing features. On Facebook, once a local joins your group, the joining will broadcast to all his friends. Every interaction of the persons with your group is a marketing event which is broadcasted.
4. Referral system
Give incentives to peoples to retweet, share your FB info out. Unique referral code for individuals. Ask your customers to retweet, share if they think is good. Points (which can be changed to discount) for referrals which turn into biz. Maybe discount for 1st time customers.
Note: you have to carefully consider the system to prevent cost overrun.
5. Facebook, Twitter to inform discount
6. Occasionally organize discount for customers that group together
You may get some insights from Groupon:

This will give potential customers incentives to RT, FB share around.
7. Tweet out and post in FB press releases, new treatments/packages, new machines, health info, tips, blogpost, newsletter; encourage your fans/followers to retweet, share out. Educate on the wellness concept.
8. Put pictures on FB.. I saw some in yours.
You may put photos of different types of treatments, machines, facilities, your “shoplot”, brand etc..
9. Put videos in Youtube, shorten the url using bit.ly, share in FB, Twitter
Encourage comments. If it’s widely circulated, it will be featured in Youtube and bitly.tv.

10. Join in local Twitter discussions, especially local health group, wellness etc.
11.Many insights from this article: 50 social media tactics to help nonprofits meet their mission are applicable to local business too.
12.I saw you have "bookmark & share" in your blog.
I prefer AddThis:

There are 200+ channels that can be used as marketing channels.
If you subsequently think of marketing to hotel guests (overseas/non-local Germans), you may need to have it bilingual (English, besides German) and work together with hotel’s promotion, feature your company’s FB, Twitter on hotels’ promotion website/material.
websites mentioned in texts, experience, opinions

M$1. First thing is to share links and write-ups with the online community by contributing an exchange of discussion about health and wellness the business provides. Thus making your business a good source of knowledge and information and wellness. Make sure the online community is where your target market often participates.
2. Get the business fully engage with clients in a personal way that they will feel that their lives have been touched by your wellness business thereby creating awareness about your business and foster customer loyalty and expand the business reach. Use the social media as your word of mouth in the online community.
3. Observe the potential clients activities and share what the business has to offer in wellness, creating an opportunity to expand. You must reinforce the sharing process in social media about your business with clients to create a multiplier effect.
4. Stay connected with your clients throughout the day through these social media networks to integrate the wellness business, people will also be connected to your business.
