How to unlock Nokia 2310? (Please help the small man with those big suckers company...really!)

*Help to unlock codes for Nokia 2310, which was once locked to Vodafone Australia to be specific after the sim card expired or not used anymore.

Really hate this sometimes, even the cheapest mobile phone you had which was locked and expired sim to a network for that time being... company will try to make money out of you more. You nearly buy a new phone with all the charge of hassles they want you to do after paying the attempts the failure of unlocking your mobile phones?
Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Try this web site. You will need your IMEI to generate an unlock code.

This site has some codes and instructions on it but I couldn't find any site reviews so I would use them at your own risk.

Thanks! Already tried that but it didn't work before paying the unlock codes, which it did not help either.

If that website doesn't work, try calling your carrier. If you have a paid up account with T-mobile or AT&T, they'll unlock a phone for you without a problem. With AT&T you have to add international roaming (which is FREE) to your account first.

@opticalserenity that seems another option but we don't have T-mobile or AT&T, not for me but it may help others, thanks!
