How to think creative?

I like to take photographs and want to make career in it,related to job I've got some tips from http://www.tictacdo.com/ttd/Get-a-Job-As-a-Photographer-for-a-Newspaper but also i need to know how to make creative mind in this field?

There are places to go to learn certain skills and avenues of pursuit to hone a skill. But the truth is true creativity comes from within. You can study piano for years learn all the notes and chords and in and outs of playing but never be on a concerto level. You could probably teach but if that inate ability is not present you will not have true creativity.

everyone has his or her own style in making an art, same with taking pictures. so if you wanted your photos to be lively and stand out. You should first know yourself and be yourself. the natural beauty of your photos will definitely show.

Creativity isn't really a medium-specific thing -- sure, there are techniques you can learn for creative photography, but that's a skill thing more than a creativity thing. The basic idea is the same. Some people are born more creative than others, but I truly do think it's learned.

The key question to ask is "what if?" You can do that with anything. Just try to come up with a free flow of ideas. Different ways of looking at things, different perspectives, etc. A lot of times it can help to bounce ideas off a partner -- preferably a creative one himself/herself!

It can also help to look at other photos from people whose work you admire, to get ideas. Don't plagiarize them or anything, just see what they're doing. It could spark ideas of your own!

What do you like to look at? What relaxes you, what stirs emotion? Do others feel the same? If this is something that you would love to do, then find the love in it. Many friends of mine do close ups, abstracts, animals, flowers, people etc. I prefer landscapes myself. They bring forth memories of past journeys and fun times. One picture of the USS Arizona memorial brings me more memories and emotions than several photos of the journey. The same with the Eifel Tower or the Amsterdam canals. That is me. Find what moves you and sparks a passion and you may find a venue that is enjoyable and profitable. Also, as your showing your images and talking about them, it may be easier to speak about something that you are passionate about and invoke similar feelings with those you are sharing it with.
