How to set up a private network with 2 Macs and 1 PC ?
I got 1 Imac and 1 mac mini as well as a PC (Windows XP) . I want to set up a private network in which the Imac and the PC could access to what is stored in the macmini. All of them are linked via ethernet to a common hub. Can anyone help me setting up this network ? how shall I configure teh different computers ? Thanks a lot.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

You need to set up Windows file sharing on the mini.
Here is a really good (step-by-step) article straight from Apple:

Basically, you tell your mini that it's ok to "allow windows users to login", line up the Workgroup Names and turn on sharing on the mini.
It's important not to miss any of the steps in the Apple document. It might be a good idea to print out the instructions and check off each item as you complete it. This will ensure that you get it right without any trouble. The only real problem that can happen is that you could miss a step and become frustrated when things don't work out.
Best of luck!
