How to Play C7 on a Ukulele
The ukulele is very popular in Hawaiian culture. It is played at parties, concerts and can be heard on various Hawaiian music recordings. Learn how to play C7 on the ukulele in just a few steps.
Instructions
1.Hold the ukulele in the lap while sitting upright. The ukulele strings should be facing away from the body.
2.Place the right hand over the front of the ukulele and hold underneath the body of the ukulele.
3.Hold the neck of the Ukulele between the thumb and index finger with the left hand.
4.Put the index finger on the bottom, or "A" string, between the nut or string spacer and the first fret.
5.Hold the left index finger down on the string tightly and strum all the strings with the right hand.
Tips & Warnings
•The ukulele strings from top to bottom are G, C, E and A.
•The "nut" or string spacer is located at the top of the neck of the ukulele. It is a guide that holds the strings in place.
•A "fret" is a metal strip that goes across the neck of the ukulele.
