Your best bet is to go to the local music shop and ask who (locally) gives lessons! There's usually a board that has instructors and theuir contact info at the music shop.
Additionally, there's a lot of literature out there that you can check out - or even try to teach yourself! Many of the best blues artists out there are self taught, so why not try it!
