White Sangria
2 ounces Calvados or brandy
2 ounces triple sec or Cointreau
4 tablespoons sugar
2 to 3 slices lemon or lime
4 slices orange
6 strawberries, cleaned and cut in half
1 small green apple, peeled, seeded and cut into 8 wedges
1 bottle dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc)
ice cubes
In a large pitcher, place Calvados, triple sec and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add fruit, stir. Add white wine. Mix thoroughly. Allow to sit 5 minutes, add ice and enjoy!

I like both white and red Sangria but prefer red. I make both for our get-togethers.
