How do you make oven baked chicken?

Do you have any tips or suggestions or recipes to share with me so I can prepare this delicious meal deliciously for myself and my family?

I prefer to use chicken breasts usually but you can use these recipes with all of the chicken pieces (breasts, legs, wings, thighs, etc.)

I spread a large sheet of aluminum foil in the bottom of a 13inX 9in glass baking dish allowing extra length to over hang (using it later to cover the chicken).
1 bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing (i.e. Kraft brand)
4 large potatoes (cut into cubes)
Place the chicken on the foil in the baking dish, arrange the potatoes, then pour the Zesty Italian Dressing over both. Wrap excess foil over the chicken & potatoes. Place the dish in a 350 degree PREHEATED oven and bake: chicken breasts about 30-40 mins. / dark meat takes longer so about 1 hour should do it.

Citrus -Soy Baked Chicken
4-6 chicken breasts
1 cup orange juice
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 pack rice noodles or 2 packs of boil in bag rice (for 6 servings)

Line the baking dish with the foil as directed in the previous recipe. Lay out the chicken breasts with the skin side up (I remove the skin). Mix all of the liquids together in a large bowl then pour over the chicken breasts. Serve over noodles or rice with a green veggie or salad.

Drunk Chicken
1 can of beer (opened)
1 whole chicken
seasonings: I like basil or rosemary along with salt & black pepper.

Set the beer can in the bottom of a roasting pan or your dutch oven (stew pot). Remove any liver, gizzard or packet from the opening between the legs of the chicken. Sprinkle the salt & pepper on the chicken skin, insert the rosemary sprigs just under the skin in several places. Set the chicken over the can in the roasting pan. Adjust the shelves in your oven so the chicken will sit upright in the oven. Preheat the oven to 400 and bake the whole chicken for at least 2 hours.

**** You may substitute the beer with Orange Soda, or Ginger Ale or Canned Cola. This is mainly to help ensure the meat will be juicy & tender.
