I found this Citrus Ceviche recipe at foodnetwork.com.
The ingredients are:
1/2 c fresh lemon juice
1/4 c fresh lime juice
1/4 c fresh orange juice
1 ts fresh ginger grated
1/4 c fresh cilantro chopped
1 onion thinly slice onion (small)
2 peeled, pitted, and chunked avocados
salt & pepper
How to Prepare:
Secure a medium bowl and mix the lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, ginger and olive oil. Then and the sea bass and toss to coat. Secure it by covering the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for a duration of 2 hours. Make sure the flesh of the fish is opaque and add cilantro, onion, and avocado.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
