Secure a piece of craft wire and make a loop out of it. Then twist to close it securely. Get a garland and cover the wire by twisting it around the wire. Cut another straight piece of wire, twist it on the circular wire so that it will be fixed and hover it over a child's head. Use a headband to secure it. Lastly, trim the wire if necessary to get a certain height for the halo.
