The trick to making a perfect sponge cake is the number of times you sift the flour. You must sift it at least three times, preferably six. Here is my favorite sponge cake recipe:
Ingredients:
• Eggs
• Caster sugar
• Corn flour
• Flour
• Baking Powder
Preparation:
• Mix corn flour with plain flour in a separate bowel.
• Beat egg whites and keep yolks separate. Then add and beat sugar into the mixture sugar.
• Now, put egg yolks and continue mix up again.
