Ingredients:
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise (any other brand of mayonnaise would also work)
3 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
salt
Start with the one cup of mayonnaise and whisk in the ingredients in order they are listed in the recipe. Then add salt and adjust any seasonings. If the sauce is done correctly you shouldn't be able to taste any one specific ingredient.

M$I haven't tried yet the Japanese Ginger Sauce but I have plenty of recipes online that uses this sauce as a dip or part of the ingredient. I always like food with ginger so I think this sauce could make one recipe tastes great. This is an easy sauce to prepare and I think I am going to try this one at home.
This is the recipe that I found online on Japanese Ginger Dipping Sauce:
You will need: 1/3 c soy sauce
1/3 [[cup sake[[ (Japanese wine)
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tsp. grated garlic
To Prepare:
Get a sauce pan and mix all the ingredients. Let it boil on medium heat and let it cool.
