I also read a comment, where this person said they found one at Walgreens. So, I concluded that most craft stores have them, apparently they are used for holiday decorations. But using it as a Chaos emerald is cooler!

Michaels isn't the best place to find these. They only carry a few colors per season- so that makes things difficult. (Though Michaels is probably the cheapest place you can find them.) Two websites I found were:

They're a bit expensive (compared to Michaels) but you can get all 7 colors at the same time.
