I actually did this for halloween! The best way is to watch a couple youtube videos and get a sense of what works best for you. But it came out really good, I went to a party where people go all out, and was constantly getting asked if I went and had it professionally done.
what I did first was put this stuff called "creepy skin" all over and pieced it together (like they did in the video) (I only did half my face tho) then I put liquid latex all over it to make sure that it would stick. After that dried, I put a foundation over it htat matched my skin color, that alone was enough to be creepy. after that i put in some of the blood gel, to make it look as though it was freshly burned. I think I missed my calling as a make-up artist lol.
