For Bee wings:
- Buy black fairy wings from a costume store or spray paint some fairy wings black. (ehow) White might also be okay in this case.
- Use black filmy material and secure by sewing into your costume or wrapping wire around your shoulders. (costumzee.com)
- Curve a piece of wire into a wing shape (oval) then cover the wire with black nylons (women's stockings). Secure around your shoulders with additional wire or elastic. See the video here: http://www.expertvillage.com/video/162317_make-halloween-bee-costume.htm
For antenna:
- Twist together two pairs of black pipe cleaners. Glue the pipe cleaners to a black headband (or wind around). If you like you can paint two Styrofoam balls black and then glue them to the ends of the pipe cleaners. (www.rd.com) and (ehow).
- Buy black "boppers" from a costume store. (ehow)
- Stick thin nylon wire through a black hoodie/beanie/hat. (Thrift Fun)
