how to line a valance
I am making a long valance and it has a two inch trim. I would like to know the easiest way to line it. Do I sew the lining to the bottom of the trim and then fold it over? Do I attached the trim folded over and catch the lining in that and then sew it to the top? I just need to have some advice.
