You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

You've tweeted this dozens of times, including requests to @barrackobama and @britneyspears.
Seriously...neither one can offer medical advice. Nor would either person offer you ILLEGAL ACCESS to the drug you are requesting.
If you are serious about investigating this option, contact the manufacturer. They are trying to make headway in Europe, but are facing running out of funds by August 2009 without any further outside financing.
Since the drug was given "orphan" and "fast track" status by the FDA in 2007, the manufacturer has not made progress in getting the drug approved for its intended purpose of prevention of VOD.
They're going into Phase II/III trials in Europe, hoping to get market interest (and funding) there.
You can fill out a web contact form here: http://www.gentium.it/ContactUs.aspx
Or try the phone or post. They are in Italy, so be prepared for the appropriate costs and time offsets:
By Post: Gentium S.p.A. Piazza XX Settembre, 2 22079 Villa Guardia, Como Italy
By Phone: +39 031 385 217
By Fax: +39 031 385 241
Tweeting incessantly indicates this activity may just an attempt to drum up some interest or perhaps attempt a pump-and-dump. (Consider this company is NASDAQ listed at $0.87 right now.)
