How to find the colour of a Coordination complex formed by a Transition metal?
1. Please provide me a list of the 3D Transition metal ions' colours.
2. There are so many compounds formed by 3D Transition elements. How can I find the colour of a given complex quickly? Is there any shortcut or some other ways to find the colours of a coordination compex?
3. If there is no way of finding the colours using a method, please provide me a list of complexes with colours. (A table is better) :)

The atom within a ligand that is directly bonded to the central atom or ion is called the donor atom. Polydentate (multiple bonded) ligands can form a chelate complex.
