I just came back from short vacation from Santorini, spent 4 days but it was worthed. Did not know what hotel to choose so I relied on the reviews from Trip Advisor and this hotel was good choice as Spiros (the owner) was friendly and once u get to know each other better, u might get a better deal or bottle of wine. Our room was small but clean, also nice breakfast. Hotel is situated just below Ancient Thira, worthy to climb up and for 2 euros u can go and explore the ruins (closed on Mondays), from the top you can go down to Kamari - I liked the beach there better and u can take boat from Kamari beach for 4 euros back to Perissa. We also hiked from Thira to Ia, managed in two hours, spectacular views. Read beach is nice for pictures but not swim or sunbath. Nice restaurants in Perissa, we went to Cyclades as reccomended by Spiros. We had great time, just dont rely on buses too much as they never go on time and as summer is gone, they dont go according timetables:-( but there are always taxis:-)!"
