How to erase ball point ink marks on the dashboard of car? Tried everything....

I don't actually know if this will work but it might be worth a try. We used to use hairspray (like Aquanet) to get ballpoint ink marks out of clothing at the department store I worked at years ago. Just spray it on the ink mark and rub with a damp cloth. It works amazingly well on clothing anyway.

You might try taking the magic eraser to it. Other than that the hair spray idea might work also. If nothing else try taking some good old armor all and some elbow grease to work it out.
