How to embed and play Youtube videos in HQ format. Appending "&ap=%2526fmt%3D18" to the url doesn't seem to work.
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You could try appending “&ap=%2526fmt%3D22″ instead of "&ap=%2526fmt%3D18" to the embed url.
Another option would be inserting this code at the end of the url:
