How to eat more healthily?

Can anyone suggest by eating what I can become healthy?

I've read some strategies on how to eat healthily at elpguide.org.
These are:
1. Be sure that you have eat enough calories, that is don't eat more food that your body uses. It is recommended to have a daily allowance of 2,000 calories but this also depends on your age, sex, height, weight, and kinds of activity that you engage in.
2. Eat varied food. Try to expand your range of choices by trying different types and kinds of vegetables, whole grains, or fruits which you don't normally eat.
3. Eat moderate portions.
4. Try to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes because they contain complex carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals. They are also low in fat and free of cholesterol.
5. Drink plenty of water.
6. Limit your intake of sweets and other food that are high in sugar.
7. You can enjoy fried and sweet food but it must be in moderation.
8. Do regular exercise by engaging in your favorite sports, brisk walking, swimming, etc.
9.

everybody want to eat healthy, but its not possible because no one have time to make healthy foods,

before a day i got a website where i found some useful tricks about healthy eat i think you too have to look here for all tricks

Avoid convenience foods, prepackaged foods, and processed foods which usually have high levels of salt, sugar, and fats and are full of chemical preservatives which have been linked to cancer.

Cook from scratch using fresh meats, vegetables, and fruits so you can control the quantities of salt, sugar and fat that go into them, and they'll be without preservatives. Wash produce well before using it to remove any traces of insecticides they may have been sprayed with.

If you don't have time to cook often, make large batches of whatever you're cooking and put it in individual serving size containers and freeze them. This way you can have good-for-you food that you can reheat quickly or take to work with you and reheat them in the company microwave.

Also reduce your intake of carbonated beverages and coffee (no more than three cups a day is best) and replace them with water or real fruit juices (not juice drinks, which contain little actual fruit juice and lots of sugar).
