how to do powerful meditation?

mean get enlightened, see,feel and know what common people see or feel not, to have healing power etc. I know lot about love and I do what love demands but I will enjoy only when I fall in love.

Powerful meditations starts with strong urge to help others and you have to forego wordly possesion. Get a guru and start meditating with him once you mater that art then you can meditate on your own.

Meditation is holistic relaxation excercises.

Sit in a chair with feet flat on floor, spine erect but relaxed and head level. Open the chest area and place hands on thighs. Close eyes and connect with your normal everyday breath. Focus on the breath and make it gently deeper, slower, quieter and more rhythmic. Feel the energy that comes along with the breath. let that energy go wherever it needs to in your body. Now focus your awareness on your heart area. Try to feel your heartbeat. Feel its rhythm. Feel the awareness of breath and heartbeat creating a clear, spacious place inside. You are connecting your heart to the Heart of the Cosmos. Now enjoy this practice as long as you like.
