How to decrease or stop pineal gland's calcification?

Descartes said the pineal gland to be the 'seat of the soul'.
It is related in many cultures as the 'third eye'.
Many say that it is the core of human conscience.
But the pineal gland gets calcification with agging because of many factors where our alimentation is the principal one.
Are there ways to decrease or even stop it's calcification?

I am not a doctor, these are my opinions only and should not be viewed as medical advice. See your doctor before taking any supplements.

There is no clear research on how to slow calcification of the pineal gland. The medical community views this calicification as a normal by-product of aging. Whether calicification is a cause or a symptom of decreasing levels of melatonin production in aging mammals is not clear.

First, melatonin supplementation is not the way to fix this. The problem with melatonin supplements is that when taken regularly they actually decrease the production of natural melatonin and so may increase rather than decrease calcification.

One possible hint is that inflammatory auto-immune diseases such as Lupus appear to increase the rate of calicification of soft tissues in the body. So one possible way to decrease calcification would be by trying to decrease inflammation using supplements. A C-reactive protein blood test can measure your level of inflammation. High levels are considered to be markers for heart disease as well as chronic auto-immune disorders.

Supplements that are considered to be effective against inflammation include: Turmeric, Stinging Nettle, Fish Oil, and others.

Fluoride intake increases Pineal Gland calcification. In Uganda there is a high rate of people with Flurosis (disease of bone and teath), due to the natural levels of fluoride in the water. 43% of children over the age of 10 have a calcified pineal gland, according to a 1970 study of 200 people. Personaly i see the (death) calcification of the pineal gland as negative, and inhibitory to all growth. More reasearch needs to be done. We have been playing god for too long, without any knowledge of the consequences. Or maybe the consequences are known.
Fluoride and its calcination also inhibit the activity of phosphatase, possibly disrupting cross cell protein communication.

This is true. Fluoride should be cut from everyones diet altogether. I am too researching to decalcify my pineal gland, but the first thing you want to do is to stop your intake of fluoride immedietly. Research fluoride....."50 Reasons to oppose fluoridation" By Dr. Paul Connett

decrease your consumption of fluoride, do alternate nostril breathing twice a day (look it up) followed with chanting "Ohm" (look it up also)

What this does is the alternate nostril breathing (pranayama) oxygenates your whole body including your pineal gland and then chanting "ohm" causes vibrations within the body which the calcified pineal with resonate too and secrete fluids and function optimally. there you go.

STOP!

There is only one medicine that decalcifies and thus opens again the third eye.
It's called: Ayahuasca.

Are there ways to decrease or even stop pineal gland calcification? I am not sure if there are any scientific studies on the matter, but the ancient practice of "sun gazing" is said to have a decalcification effect on the pineal gland. Simply gaze directly at the sun for a few minutes either a half hour after sunrise or before sunset and is considered the ONLY time it's safe to look at the sun! I thought it sounded crazy at first, but I do this everyday now and I have not become blind- quite the opposite actually!

Meditation helps with several diseases and can help you deal with several aspects of your body's health. So deep meditation, if done with some regularity, can definitely help you.

It's inevitable, it's something natural, it's the mark of adulthood. Don't fall for the scams of decreasing or stopping it, it's the placebo effect, not going to work.

DMT is produced by the pineal gland, but I think it doesn't decrease its calcification.

Any unused organ will deteriorate. The pineal gland is the link between the 2 brain hemispheres. Intuition and intellect. Work daily on both levels. Keep the mind active by creating new intuitions and put rational words to explain them. Search spiritually but with a scientific mind. Love with intelligence. Understand but let go. Find your inner source. Don't believe what you can't see for youself. Feel then know, but don't believe. The pineal gland is the gateway to the infinite after many years of soul searching. The pineal gland opens the door to the holy grail within.

Hi.
I sympathize with your search. Please look up Mary Sparrowdancer's writing on fluoride poisoning, and
its effects, particularly (in this case) calcification as encountered in the pineal gland. As far as I can see, this
has nothing to do with aging. Mary has a site with her surname, and her writing is also found elsewhere.

I figured that the herbs hydrangea root and gravel root are great for dissolving calcium deposits. Then, gingko biloba and gotu kola, with some lobelia will guide other herbs to the brain. Finally, the organic boron in dried stinging nettles will attach to any fluoride ions. This was my guess.

Instead of concocting my own formula, I blended equal parts of bulk Dr, Christopher formulae. One is his arthritis formula AR-1 with hydrangea. The other is MEM formula for memory. You may have to ask Nelson at
the main Christopher shop in Utah to mix you up a batch of the bulk MEM.

Anyway, I tried this. It leaves me in a pleasantly subtly happy mood. Sometimes I add a little more cayenne. I mix it with a little carrot juice to make the taste palatable, then add distilled water to make a compete glassful.

Cut out the coffee, breads, dairy products, soy products, and corn products, sugar, etc. for good measure, but you may already know this stuff. Check out a vet' view at http://www.dogtorj.com if you like reading a lot.

Read http://www.herballegacy.com for more about Dr. John Christopher's formulae. In my case, I always end up back here when searching. I don't rely on his son's advice, but Dr. John was good.

Best of luck to you.

Of course, there is an entirely different way, if you are inclined to read and have an open mind.

Pineal Gland calcification is believed by some to be haulted, reversed or diminished by a high alkaline diet.

[see high alkaline diet information here http://www.jeffreywarber.com/hc%20pages/alkalinediet.html and here http://www.i-amperfectlyhealthy.com/acid-alkalinefoodlist.html

You can also buy a nice herbal tea or herbal supplement.

Take a good liquid magnesium supplement. It helps your body use all the calcium you take in so that not as much will deposit in your body:

I was searching for a way to remove excess flouride from the body and I read a few posts about taking borax. I got to thinking in metaphysical terms of the third eye ( I'm a jock in case you're wondering) and I stumbled across this thought:

If the negative energies in the world want to block us from acessing our third eye to keep us ignorant of its true function, what better way than to blast us with messages of "USE FLOURIDE and protect your teeth..*DING!* Sparkling teeth picture on TV and Mom's are happy"

I don't know too much about the subject, but according to what I have read all pineal glands become more or less calcified throughout life. It was once thought that the calcification causing psychiatric disease, but I don't think that is the case. Also the pineal gland only secretes melatonin, which is the hormone responsible for the initiation of puberty and also for the sleep cycle. So I don't see calcification of the gland at an older age doing anything except make you less sleepy.
