She had made bows out of scrape ribbon pieces and attached a coloured light (of contrast color to that of the ribbon) to each and wrapped the serial lights wire with ribbon making it into a garland ,leaving trissels here and there. Then she decorated this around the tree. She also tied some cute little santas and other little dollies to the edge of each of the trissels hanging.
These lighted ribbon garland was an awesome sight appreciated and attracted every visitors atention.
