How To Claim A Page On Mahalo?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Most likely due to the Mahalo 3.0 roll-out, there is a backlog of requests, and the staff are working through those as fast as they can, on a first-in-first-out basis. Staff has assured me task proposals have not disappeared as a result of the Mahalo 3.0 roll-out, and we will receive responses as soon as they get to our individual proposals.
