You dont boil you steam. Place the legs on a steamer on top of boiling water. You need to use some sort of crab seasoning add it to the boiling water. It only takes a few short minutes before the legs are done. Have the garlic butter melted in a bowl setting next to the plate. You dont want the legs to get room tempature
