How do I beat a big daddy in BioShock?
The Big Daddy in Bioshock is the most menacing thing that I find in the game. It has a thick armor, a drill-arm, it is very fast, and extremely adaptive. This is why I find it difficult to beat him. Even if I spend a lot of ammunition and Eve I still get killed. I want to get Little Sisters so that I can acquire new powers. How can I beat him? Are there any way through this or strategies that I can apply?

You need to use the power that turns Big Daddy into your ally. I forget the name of it. While he's your ally, let your enemies wear him down for you. It's even better if you can find two Big Daddys in one area. Turn them against each other.
