M$1-Frozen deep dish pie shells
4- whole eggs
1-can evaporated milk
Dry Filling: Ham, shredded swiss, broccoli, carrot, onion, provolone, Spinach mushrooms
-Pre-heat oven to 425
-mix eggs, milk
-place dryed ingredients in the pie shell
-Pour wet ingredients in the pie shell
-Place pie shell in oven. bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
-Lower oven temp. to 375 and bake for 25 min.
-Remove from oven and cool for 15min.

8-10 eggs
2 packages of maple breakfast sausage links cooked
1 cup flour
2 cups milk
8oz cheese (mozzarella)
two small onions sliced thinly
4T butter
Cooked, crumbled bacon
Basil, Cilantro, thyme other spices to taste
Spicy Salt or Seasoned Salt or Sea Salt to taste
Mix everything together. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes to keep fluffy, longer if crust is preferred.
