@thelastscionspeaks Though it is not a photograph, those who answered are not entirely sure that it is a graphic. Jeffhoard said it appears to be a graphic.So I choosed the best answerer as Anguilla because she gave me a email address to contact and find out exactly what it is.Thanks for your time in finding out.
When this question was posted I contacted Gordon Holman at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. He is a busy man and it took him just 4 days to reply. I thanked him very much for his time and he replied the following about the picture you have listed.
