M$Convincing your significant other to move closer to you may not be as easy as finding great ways to keep in touch. Depending on your jobs, where your families are located and what responsibilities you have, it may not be that easy to simply pick up and relocate. Ask yourself if it would be easier for you to relocate? Or even if wanting either to relocate is premature? One positive facet of being in a long distance relationship is that you do have plenty of time to get to know one another and to think about life when you’re more geographically desirable. If you are convinced this is the one, then I would suggest more visits, or lengthier visits to make sure that you are truly compatible, even when doing mundane things, such as cleaning the house, buying groceries, etc. Check out the job market, rents, etc. in both areas to see where you two would be better off. If you two have equal responsibilities and earning potential, perhaps it would be best for you to move?

M$The answer is...it depends on how much you want it to work. True love can overcome any odds thrown in its path if you want it bad enough. So the question is, how do you do it? Well, I do not think that anyone knows exactly how to make it work, but I can certainly provide some points on making it work.
