According to http://www.baybridge.com/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=42&Itemid= if there are sustained winds of 30-39 mph, there is a wind warning issued, advising operators of large vehicles (e.g. trailers) to exercise caution. During sustained winds of 40-49 mph (and presumably higher as well) such larger and less stable vehicles will be prohibited from crossing the bridge.
