I agree that it's much better to call in sick earlier -- you take off less time, and you won't get your co-workers sick, so that they have to take time off.

M$Just imagine if you were a customer or coworker of yours and you came in in the condition you were in. Would you think, gross, that person is coughing and sneezing and blowing their nose and looks sick, I don't want to be around this person, then you should stay home.
Plus, resting helps you recover faster.
