I know the doc is the most likely candidate.
I think it will either be sawyer or kate,
but i still think Hurley would be the coolest.
Sawyer will probably take the job, and once he does, the others can get off the island.
The Korean couple will get back together, Kate and Doc will get back togeher, the crazy ones will die (sayid and the blonde) So will Locke's dad.
Then it will be hundreds of years of Sawyer battling Locke, maybe with the psychic guy by his side.

I sense an anticlimax as well.. maybe dream sequence, maybe the whole show, all seasons combined, has been a retelling of sorts of the short story "An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge" by Ambrose Bierce which might include a Hurley dream.. with a better ending than the Bierce story.
