Guys... Monica says she is 26 in season one. Rachel was in the same year as her throughout highschool and college which means that they are both around the same age. 25-26. Ross and Chandler were in college while rachel and monica were in high school (the episode with the party where ross accidentally kisses monica) So, I'm not sure where you are getting your information but...
Monica/Rachel are about 25-26
Ross and Chandler are about 26-28
Pheobe thinks she is 25-26 but then learns that she thought she was a year younger than she was... meaning she is probably 26-27.

I just watched one episode late in season one where Monica says she's 26 (the one where she dates the high school student), so given your info then they are all a little older than that.
