The city of Albuquerque receive very little rain or snow that averages between 8-9 inches (216mm) precipitation every year. The Valley and west mesa areas that is farther from the mountains are drier and averages 6-8 inches of annual precipitation.
The Sandia foothills tend to lift any available moisture and enhances the precipitation to about 10-17 inches yearly. The most rain occurs during the summer monsoon season which typically starts in early June and ends in the middle of September.

The wettest area of Albuquerque is Sandia foothills" area.

Albuquerque, the largest city in New Mexico, has an average rainfall of 9.47 inches. In the Sandia Mountains to the east, the annual rainfall is around 40 inches and an annual snowfall of about 111 inches! It is rare, but it has been known to snow in the city of Albuquerque. However, that melts pretty quickly.

As far as humidity, its pretty low year round, with the exception being during monsoon season in the late summer.
