It really depends on the service you need. I run my own HR Consulting company. I charge hourly, monthly and annually. I determine the cost based on the number of employees. It also depends on what you are looking for? Outsourced HR where I become your human resources, or do you have a project, handbook, new-hire package, I-9 program.

Most HR companies charge by the hour or have a retainer fee program for service. Pricing is hard to point out as it depends on the number of hours and the service that is being provided. We are an HR company and we provide services based on our cleints needs - by the project, hour, week, month etc. Prices would depend on the length of the contract or the project being completed for you.
